HOME CARE FOR

Improving the quality of life.
We are a domiciliary agency that provides personal care and support in the privacy of service users' own homes.
We are rated 'good' with the Care Quality Commission. We started in September 2005 although Sandbourne House, our first residential home for adults with learning disabilities has been trading since 1997.
We provide care for service users with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and people with mental health issues.
"Our mission is to provide social care services which enable people to reach their full potential as active citizens."
Maximise their potential
We aim to equip people with the skills and confidence to live as independently as possible whilst maintaining a focus on their rights and need for self determination.
Furthermore, we strive to enable individuals to actively participate in their local community so as to increase their social networks, minimise social isolation and maximise citizenship.
